About Mi Gusto Es
The mezcal company “Mi Gusto Es” has its origins around 1984 in a small rustic palenque located in the town of Santiago Matatlán in the state of Oaxaca. Its founders were Martin García Sernas and Simona López Hernández, who were then a newly married couple determined to preserve the ancestral sale of mezcal, bringing this drink informally to the city of Oaxaca.
The blood of master mezcal makers ran through the veins of these producers, who were the ones who transmitted to them all the necessary knowledge to obtain the drink of the gods. By 1998 they had their mezcal factory, which they have maintained with hard work. In 2012, the company was established as “Mezcalería Mi Gusto Es S.A. de C.V.” Since then, the installation of a semi-automatic bottling machine was achieved, which strengthened the development of their quality processes.

To produce and market 100% maguey mezcal using and preserving the wise knowledge, inherited from an ancestral legacy, about the elaboration of this drink to offer a product of excellence for different palates, reaching even the most demanding and sharing the taste for the mezcal culture.
