Producing from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico - the revered mezcal capital of the world, Ambrosio is a master distiller with a profound understanding of the intricate nuances that make each batch of El Samaritano a masterpiece in its own right. With a lineage deeply rooted in Oaxacan tradition, El Samaritano embodies the essence of mezcal production, transcending generations of wisdom and expertise.
