At BMD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and they will provide instructions for returning the product. Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition in order to be eligible for a refund. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
